The small print, unhidden
Before you ask.
Which cars count?
The ones you have live, the ones reserved, and the ones you have taken in. Cars you have sold stop counting the day they are sold — you are not paying for your own history.
What if I go over during a plate change?
Nothing happens on the day. We work off a rolling 30-day average and give you a month's grace over the band, so a busy 251 does not put you up a plan for a fortnight of stock.
Is it per person?
No. Every plan has unlimited logins — the whole yard, the office, whoever needs it. Charging per seat would just mean people sharing a password, which defeats the point of knowing who did what.
Do I get fewer features on a cheaper plan?
No. Every plan has every feature: stock, prep, viewings, deposits, invoices, trade-ins, the lot. The only thing the price follows is how many cars you hold.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Connecting your adverts, loading your stock and getting your staff logged in is included on every paid plan.
Am I signing up for a year?
No. It is month to month and you cancel from inside the dashboard. There is no notice period and nobody to talk to first.
Have a poke around a yard
that is already full of cars.
The demo is a working dealership with demo stock, prep and sales already in it. Nothing to install, no card, and nothing to cancel afterwards.
